Please note: Our current typical class registration fee of $240 (2-day course) or $290 (3-day course) plus $20 for online costs of course materials or $25 for in person course materials, is for only applicable for individuals who register and pay 3 weeks prior to course date for online courses, and 4 weeks prior to course date for in person courses. 

 

Payment received less than 3 weeks prior to course date must include a $30 late payment charge to cover the cost of obtaining additional course books and certificates after the ICISF's standard 3-week-prior-to-class “window” for ordering and shipping materials without incurring additional "rush delivery" costs.

 

Our Standard Student Cancellation and Refund Policies

  1. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the class date will receive a full refund or credit for a future class at The Academy-NICRT. 

  2. Cancellations made 15-30 days before the class date will receive full credit for a future class at The Academy-NICRT. 

  3. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the class will receive a 50% partial credit for a future class at The Academy-NICRT.

  4. No-shows forfeit the entire course fee (if paid) or for those who have not paid, the will have an outstanding debt to The Academy-NICRT equal to the class registration fee ($240/$290).

  5. All cancellation notices should be e-mailed to nicrt.academy@gmail.com

  6. Students with an outstanding debt may be denied registration for new classes until the debt for earlier classes has been fully paid.

 

NOTE: Students who need to cancel due to a dire personal emergency please contact us by email at   nicrt.academy@gmail.com before the scheduled class and write URGENT in the subject line.

 

Class Cancellation or Rescheduled by The Academy-NICT

The Academy-NICRT may need to cancel or reschedule a class in an emergency or hardship involving an instructor, or in severe weather. Registered students will have the option to receive a full refund or a credit for a future class at The Academy-NICRT.

 

NOTE: The Academy-NICRT is committed to providing dependable, quality training and instruction! Since 2008, The Academy-NICRT has only canceled and rescheduled 3 out of approximately 100 classes due to severe weather or an instructor family emergency. 

 

Meals During Classes

All meals are on your own. Snacks and drinks will be provided.
